A yoga workout that delivers strong power yoga flow while clearing and calming your mind, refreshing and energizing your body, and improving mental focus to help you feel better than ever. This is a 40 minute, full body power yoga workout that includes sun salutations, vinyasa, standing poses, balance, hip and hamstring stretches and backbends!

1 Hour Live Zoom Yoga Classes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am pst with Michelle! Pay what you can, $5 minimum, $10-$25 suggested.
