Day 15 of the 21 Day Yoga Challenge! (Intro: foot pain, use of props; end: yoga at work)

It's Day 15 of the 21 Day Yoga Challenge and I can't believe we're more than halfway through!

We're working on establishing (or re-establishing) the habit of daily yoga practice. I offer lots of options and variations so that people with all kinds of bodies can participate and benefit.

These days I'm guiding practice with instruction only for the first 2-3 rounds, so that you can concentrate on your practice for the remaining rounds. Practicing in silence and guiding yourself is a great way to improve your mindfulness. If you feel you need more information about how to do the sequences, please start with the Day 1 practice.

Hang around after the practice if you have any questions, or if you're watching the recording, please post your questions in the comments and I'll be happy to answer them as soon as I can. :)

Beyond This Challenge
We offer 60 minute live classes via Zoom and we send out the recordings in case you're not available at the time we teach live. We offer a range of Gentle, Moderate, and Strong classes, in addition to Yoga for Bigger Bodies and Chair Yoga. See our schedule here:

If you'd like to work with me 1x1 for customized, goal-oriented yoga practice, please read here about yoga therapy:

Jade Harmony Yoga Mat (68” or 74”) (standard thickness):
Jade Travel Yoga Mat (68” or 74”) (thinner):
Jade Fusion Yoga Mat (extra thick for extra padding):
We recommend Jade yoga mats because they're nice and dense, appropriately tacky, and last for years. They're an investment, but perhaps a good choice for people who know they will practice yoga for the long term.

If you're interested in yoga philosophy, we recommend these versions of the Yoga Sūtras:
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (Satchidananda). A nice versions for beginners.:
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (Edwin F. Bryant). For people who have previously studied yoga philosophy.:
