What is a Beach Bod? A BODY on a BEACH (that is calm & confident) So build your strength & calm confidence with this level 1 power yoga routine that'll begin with a core warm up before moving you through the Beach Bod variation of a Sun A flow. I recommend doing the high-to-low plank push up with your knees down for a good foundation of core & upper body strength. Then you'll go through 1 round of our Sun B to get familiar with and build strength in our warrior sequence. Enjoy!
